Deliverables

The work should end somewhere better than a chat thread.

Judge Launchpad on the consulting work it helps you shape, challenge and deliver — not on whether an AI can produce impressive text.

What comes out

Six kinds of client-ready work

Each is a document a consultant would recognise, edit and put their name to — not a transcript and not a summary.

  • Executive diagnosis

A current-state assessment: key findings, what they imply, and the priority decisions that follow from them.

  • Market-entry recommendation

Market evidence, the strategic options it supports, the risks attached to each, and a recommended route.

  • RevOps maturity assessment

Process findings, KPI gaps, a target operating model, and an implementation plan that sequences the change.

  • Workshop synthesis

Themes, tensions, decisions taken, questions left open, and the next actions the room agreed.

  • Transformation roadmap

Initiatives with their sequencing, dependencies and ownership, and the 90-day priorities that start it.

  • Board decision memo

The decision context, the options, the evidence and risks behind each, and the recommendation.

How the work gets there

What goes in, what gets challenged, what the client receives

Four patterns firms run again and again. These describe the workflow the product supports — they are not case studies and carry no client names.

  • Executive diagnosis

    What goes in
Interview notes, internal documents and discovery material.
What Launchpad analyses, challenges and validates
Specialists structure the analysis; the critic challenges the findings; the validator separates what the evidence supports from what it doesn’t.
    What the client receives
A client-ready diagnosis with defensible findings and prioritised actions.
  • Commercial strategy

    What goes in
Market evidence, client constraints and previous decisions.
What Launchpad analyses, challenges and validates
Strategic options are developed and stress-tested; assumptions are made explicit before a recommendation is made.
    What the client receives
A recommendation with implementation priorities the partner has reviewed and stands behind.
  • Workshop synthesis

    What goes in
Workshop notes, transcripts and captured decisions.
What Launchpad analyses, challenges and validates
Themes and contradictions are mapped; open questions are separated from settled decisions.
    What the client receives
A decisions-and-actions package ready to send back to the room.
  • Transformation roadmap

    What goes in
Current-state findings and the client’s ambition.
What Launchpad analyses, challenges and validates
Workstreams, dependencies and feasibility are worked through and challenged before anything is sequenced.
    What the client receives
    A sequenced 90-day or multi-phase roadmap in client-facing form.

The standard

What a complete example has to show

When we publish worked examples, this is the chain each one will show end to end. Publishing it first is the point: you can hold any example we publish against it.

  1. Engagement context

What problem was being solved, for what kind of client situation.

  2. Source inputs

Which documents, interviews, data or prior decisions were available to work from.

  3. Firm capability

Which reusable methodology or specialist expertise applied — the part that carries across projects.

  4. Working process

What the specialists analysed, argued over and produced inside the session.

  5. Challenge

What the critic questioned and what the validator marked unsupported or unresolved.

  6. Human judgement

What the consultant changed, rejected or reframed — the decisions the product did not make.

  7. Output

The actual artifact, in readable form at a size you can assess.

  8. Next step

Where to take a similar piece of work: the demo, Launchpad Live, or a walkthrough.

We have not published the complete examples yet.

A worked example means a real engagement shown end to end, with the challenge and the human corrections left in. We would rather publish none than publish an invented one, so this page shows the categories, the patterns and the standard — and the examples arrive when they are real.

In the meantime the recorded demo is the closest thing to a complete run, and the use-case pages show the sequence for a specific kind of work.

From session to client

How the document is produced and how it leaves

  • The working report is yours to edit

A session’s output lands in an editable report with version history. Restructure it, rewrite it, cut what you disagree with — the draft is a starting point, not a verdict.

  • The client-facing document is generated from what you approved

When the report says what you want it to say, Launchpad generates the polished deliverable from it — so the thing the client sees is the thing you signed off.

  • It leaves the product the way client work normally does

Export it as a PDF, send it by email, or share it with the client through a secure recipient link.
