Client delivery

A delivery model that scales your judgment, not your headcount

Launchpad gives every engagement a dedicated client delivery room where your firm’s AI specialists work with the client context, challenge the thinking, and turn the work into deliverables you review and stand behind.

Who it’s for

Built for boutique consulting and advisory firms

Roughly 3–20 consultants, high-value knowledge work, and a founder who is still the quality bar. If most of these sound familiar, Launchpad was built around your week:

  • You run high-value, knowledge-intensive client engagements.
  • Founders or senior consultants still carry synthesis and quality control.
  • Your outputs are document-heavy: diagnoses, strategies, roadmaps, reports.
  • You apply repeatable methods to very different client contexts.
  • AI is already in the building — but through individual tools and personal prompts.
  • You want more capacity without growing headcount at the same rate.
  • Client confidentiality is non-negotiable, and human review happens before anything reaches the client.

The bottlenecks

Where boutique delivery breaks

  • Senior expertise becomes the bottleneck

Founders and senior consultants get pulled into research, synthesis, review and rewriting on every engagement at once — the firm can only move as fast as its most senior calendar.

  • Too much is rebuilt from scratch

The method repeats, but the client context, the analysis and the deliverable structure are reconstructed by hand each time — in scattered chats, folders and heads.

  • AI use is fragmented

Consultants each use their own tools and personal prompts. Quality varies by person, nothing is reviewed the same way twice, and the firm learns nothing from any of it.

The model

The client delivery room

A delivery room is an isolated Launchpad workspace dedicated to one client or engagement. It holds the client context — discovery notes, documents, previous decisions — alongside the firm methodology that applies, and it is where your AI specialists, your working sessions and your deliverables live for that engagement.

The specialists themselves are durable: you define a researcher, an analyst, a critic, a validator once — their role, expertise and standards — and they show up the same way in every room. The room supplies the client context; the specialist supplies the craft. That separation is what makes delivery repeatable without mixing clients.

Nothing crosses between rooms unless you move it deliberately. Isolation is enforced in the database itself — the How it works page explains the mechanics.

The workflow

How an engagement runs

  1. Open a client delivery room

Give the client or engagement its own isolated workspace. Everything that happens next — context, sessions, drafts, deliverables — lives inside it.

  2. Bring in the context

Add discovery notes, workshop transcripts, research, client documents, previous decisions and the firm methodology that applies. The room starts informed.

  3. Run the expert team

Bring together the relevant AI specialists — a lead, the domain experts, a critic and a validator — in a structured working session on the real question.

  4. Review the reasoning

The critic challenges weak assumptions; the validator sorts supported from unsupported claims. You see the evidence, the risks and the unresolved questions — not just a confident answer.

  5. Deliver the result

Turn the work into an editable report you refine and approve, with a validation pass over it before it goes out. Then generate the polished, client-facing deliverable — export it as a PDF, send it by email, or share it with the client through a secure recipient link.

  6. Reuse what belongs to the firm

Promote the approved, generalisable methods and lessons into the firm’s knowledge — deliberately, on your call — while the client’s context stays in its room.

Quality

Challenge and validation are part of the process

Structured review reduces cheerleading, weak logic and unsupported claims — and the final judgment stays yours. There is no automatic quality guarantee, and we won’t pretend otherwise.

  • Specialists contribute

Each AI specialist works its own angle — research, analysis, drafting — inside one structured session.

  • The critic challenges

A dedicated critic role questions weak assumptions, thin logic and convenient conclusions before you ever see them.

  • The validator checks claims

A validator role sorts what the evidence supports, what it contradicts, and what remains unresolved.

  • You edit and approve

The Report Canvas is yours: restructure it, rewrite it, cut what you disagree with — with version history behind you.

  • Nothing ships itself

The polished deliverable is generated from the report you approved. The final call — and the client relationship — stays human.

Outputs

From working session to client-ready deliverable

A session’s work lands in an editable, versioned Report Canvas. When you’ve reviewed and shaped it, Launchpad generates the polished, client-facing Design Canvas — exported as a PDF from your browser or sent by email.

  • Executive diagnosis

    What goes in
Interview notes, internal documents and discovery material.
What Launchpad analyses, challenges and validates
Specialists structure the analysis; the critic challenges the findings; the validator separates what the evidence supports from what it doesn’t.
    What the client receives
A client-ready diagnosis with defensible findings and prioritised actions.
  • Commercial strategy

    What goes in
Market evidence, client constraints and previous decisions.
What Launchpad analyses, challenges and validates
Strategic options are developed and stress-tested; assumptions are made explicit before a recommendation is made.
    What the client receives
A recommendation with implementation priorities the partner has reviewed and stands behind.
  • Workshop synthesis

    What goes in
Workshop notes, transcripts and captured decisions.
What Launchpad analyses, challenges and validates
Themes and contradictions are mapped; open questions are separated from settled decisions.
    What the client receives
A decisions-and-actions package ready to send back to the room.
  • Transformation roadmap

    What goes in
Current-state findings and the client’s ambition.
What Launchpad analyses, challenges and validates
Workstreams, dependencies and feasibility are worked through and challenged before anything is sequenced.
    What the client receives
    A sequenced 90-day or multi-phase roadmap in client-facing form.

Firm IP

Your methodology compounds

The most expensive thing a boutique firm loses is what it just learned. In Launchpad, the reusable parts of an engagement are assets you keep: specialist and team definitions carry your methods into the next room, and approved, generalisable team knowledge can be copied into another team when you decide it should be.

Reuse is always deliberate — a call you make, not a leak. Client documents, session history and client-scoped memory stay in their room; what travels is the method, never the client.

Confidentiality

Isolation you can explain to your client

  • One client, one room

Each engagement lives in its own workspace. Specialists in one room cannot see another client’s documents, sessions or outputs.

  • Enforced by the database

Access control is row-level security in the database itself — every table, every query — not a filter the application might forget.

  • Scoped memory and knowledge

What a specialist remembers and reads is scoped — client context stays with the client; firm methodology is shared only where you put it.

  • Controlled access

Workspace roles decide what each member can see and do; integration writes wait for your explicit approval.

  • Your data, your rights

Export and deletion are built in, and the full security posture — including the sub-processor register — is published on the Security & trust page.
